Rates

Coco Point Lodge is a unique all-inclusive seasonal resort, secluded on its own 164-acre peninsula, bordered by miles of pristine pink/white sand beaches.  The rates include round-trip transportation to Coco Point from Antigua, all food and beverages, and our entire array of on-property activities from deep-sea fishing to waterskiing and snorkeling, and much more.  Click here to learn more about what the rates include.

The following rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy, and quoted in U.S. currency.  For single occupancy, a deduction of $300 per night is applied.

Coco Point Lodge closed after the 2016-2017 season due to the devastating impact of Hurricane Irma on the island of Barbuda. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.  Surcharges may be added if food and fuel costs escalate due to local inflation.
  • Rates do not include 10% service charge and 12.5% Antigua hotel tax.
  • For single occupancy, a deduction of $300 per night is applied.
  • Additional person in room charge is $450 per night.

Rates Include:
Transportation
Round-trip transportation via twin-engine cabin class aircraft between Antigua’s V.C. Bird International Airport and Coco Point’s private, lighted runway.

Meals and Beverages
Three full-course meals daily (includes optional room-service breakfast).
Coco Point’s cuisine includes fresh local lobster and fish, imported wines, meats, poultry and French cheeses.  West Indian fruits and vegetables, plus freshly baked breads and pastries.  Alcoholic and other beverages are available any time of day or night.  (Champagne and tobacco are additional)

Activities
Two all-weather tennis courts, deep-sea and reef fishing (tackle and guide provided), sunfish sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, sea-kayaking, snorkeling (equipment provided), and informal trap shooting.

Services
Includes personal laundry service, provided every other day.

Tipping
All staff members are aware that there is a no tipping policy.
A 10% service charge is added to your final bill.
