Hill House offers the only guestrooms on the Atlantic side of the peninsula, on a bluff, where guests enjoy a steady ocean breeze day and night and a little extra privacy from other guests.

Hill House #11 (also sometimes called “Hill 1”) is one large bedroom with a loveseat and breakfast table as well as a patio with two chaise lounge chairs.

Hill House #12 (sometimes called “Hill 2”) is a two room suite which offers a spacious living room with a comfortable family seating area, bar setup and a breakfast table as well as a large bedroom with a closet and desk.  Like Hill House #11, Hill House #12 has its own veranda on the windward side overlooking Gravenor Bay.  Just a few feet from Hill House #12’s veranda is its own private hammock.
